Are these Apps or is it HTC Hero specific?

I've seen screen shots of the HTC Hero and really like the way the front screen looks like with the Weather/Clock and the Phone Bar. Is this specific to the HTC Hero or can I get my Droid to have the same setup?

It's the Weather Widget well worth the $.99

As for the theme, I'm sure aHome has the Hero theme. Just gotta do alittle searching

"beautiful widgets" provides an identical clock/weather, and I am sure one of the home replacement apps will offer a theme that will provide the phone bar.
