Are Verizon Moto Xs at full retail from Moto Maker SIM unlocked?

I am considering getting a Moto X on Verizon. I will be paying full retail to keep my unlimited data and ordering through Moto Maker as a no contract sale if I do. Will that come SIM unlocked so I can put a local SIM in it when traveling in other countries? Thanks.

Most are internationally unlocked. Worth a call to VZW if you need to be 100% certain.
