Argh live albums on shuffle!

I am currently listening to my iron maiden discography on shuffle. On a live album why must they put when the singer intros the next song on the end of a song and not the start if the song being introed?

And it isn't just with iron maiden's live after death, it also is on slayers decade of aggression. Two of my favorite live albums.

I have the same problem with a couple of my live CDs, where the intro is a separate track. You hear the intro and the all of a sudden you're listening to a totally different track...

...Tom Waits' "Nighthawks at the Diner" springs to mind, Phantom 309 and its intro.
