After enabling it in developer options (after enabling developer options) you can select Androids new ART Runtime.
I did however it is extremely buggy (but extremely fast and responsive)and after switching android had to optimize all 245 of my apps and it appeared frozen while it optimizes the apps looks similar to the picture below.
it hanged on this for quite awhile but eventually booted and worked fairly well but certain actions here and there like uninstalling apps caused it to reboot over and over I don't feel its ready for regular use but it may work better since not all apps are compatible with ART yet.
Thought I'd share and see if anyone else has played with it yet.
