hello guys and girls, i have a weird question and if u can answer it. so, im work at internet provider, there is a converastion to customers, and conversations very like each other, so if is any program or app, there i can to record my templates (answers etc) , and automaticaly answer questions , like a amazon' s artificial intelligence product alexa? a lot of thanks u

You mean a chat bot? Yes they exist. Some possibilities here:

And Google can provide many more answers for off-the-shelf products.

But really, it wouldn't be that difficult to create an application to recognise phrases and provide standard responses.

So what you need is a speech synthesiser, to vocalise any responses you get from the chat bot.
Android provides a speech synthesiser, although I've never used it -
