Help Ascending Ringtone Volume

Yes, this problem. I've noticed other threads for other models but nothing for specifically mine.

I just got the Optimus G and want my ringtones to be a consistent volume. All my volume settings are maxed, I tried a Volume Pro application and all those are maxed as well, still ascending.

My specs as I can figure them out are as follows

Version 4.0.4. Canadian Carrier Telus Mobility

Model # LG-E973 (which isn't even listed on the LG website. go figure)

So if anyone could help, that would be awesome. Thanks

Did you try restoring your device to its original settings or factory default?
