Ascending ringtone

Hi,

I am Uttam from India and I bought my new Milestone 2 weeks back.
I bought Ascending Ringtone <http://www.androlib.com/android.application.com-neces-ascending_ringtone-BADj.aspx> from Android Market few days back after which my phone got factory reset by the service centre for firmware upgrade. Now I see that the same is not available in "My Downloads". Any idea on how to retrieve it. The product also seems to have disappeared from the Market.

Is there any alternate way to set ascending ringtone volume?

oops! a 4 year old thread...... oh well, I saw that as a "related thread" posted before I looked closely at the OP's thread date.
