Root Ascent 2 Unable to boot into recovery

Huawei Ascend 2

Downgraded from 2.3.5 to 2.3.3

Rooted Just fine.

Flashed recovery through Both Methods (Rom Manager & Terminal Emulator)

Flashed ok, but will not boot into recovery holding Vol Up and Power. It gets stuck on white boot screen.

Only info I found searching was holding "Send + Vol up + Power" but there is no "Send" on this device when the power is off. Another variation is "End" which is not there either.

What can I do?

Two options:

1. Open ROM Manager and select Reboot Recovery, which will automatically boot into recovery, unless something is borked.

2. I've seen mentions about holding Vol Up + Vol Down + Power, you could try that as well. I can't test it as I don't own an A2.

The mention you made about Vol Up + Send + Power is for the original Ascend, not the A2.
