I really want to use the Touchdown app for my email.
Can somebody please tell me how to setup my Comcast accout on this app please.
I used stock, K9, mail droid, aqua , etc and none of them I really like..I seen touchdown at work and really liked it.I just don't know how to set up Comcast. Have to input settings myself, will not for it for me. I see other Comcast accounts on touchdown, but never get the answers I need when asking the people on how they set it up.
Can anybody help me please with this.

I do not have Comcast but did a little search and came up with this....hope it helps.

Incoming:
Pop Mail Server
Server: mail.comcast.net
username
password

Advanced settings
port 995
use secure connection-check it
use secure assword tls-Never
authenticationassword
do not check verify cert

outgoing:
smtp.comcast.net
username
password

advanced settings
port 587
do not check use secure connection
use secure password tls: always
authentication: auto
do not check verify certificate

If you mean Comcast Business Exchange server, the setup is weird:

- Username is just your full e-mail address (NOT Domain\Username)
- Leave domain blank
- Exchange server is mail.po?.comcast.net (whatever your setup instructions say--login to your business site for those)
- Check use secure connection

Thank you both, but none of them worked. According to what I read is that touchdown will not work with Comcast.

Touchdown only works with Exchange email servers. Does not support pop or any other type. Wish it would. its a great app.
