Help Asking Experts Once Again

I keep on getting this error message every 5-10 minutes. I tried battery pull twice and still didn't clear error.
{The application Music process.com.Motorola.music has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again}


I cannot even play my music on this phone now.

Rooted?

If not rooted, try a factory reset.

If rooted, unfreeze whatever you froze. If you uninstalled stuff, I do not have an answer but return it and hope they are not savvy to know it is rooted (probably not).

Download another music app. Stock is junk it force closes on me after 30-60 min and it sucks battery more than angry birds sometimes. Its the sync for motocast that ruins it.

I replaced it with LePlayer

The error the OP reports having is normally due to a system linked app being frozen or uninstalled.

None the less, Leplayer is a better music app option.
