Assumption of liability - unlimited data?

If i assume liability of someones unlimited grandfathered data line, will that unlimited data transfer over to me? Or will I be pushed to a tiered data plan?
 
Probably pushed to tiered data. unlimited data is on its way out even for grandfathered users. Verizon will do anything to get rid of unlimited data plans.
