Assumption of liability xfer?

Dahlen

Newbie
If I were to do an assumption of liability off of the plan I am currently on, which is a unlimited data plan, does the unlimited clause transfer over as well, or just the number. Kicking myself for not doing this before the cutoff...

not sure but I think they would take the unlimited data away. Doesn't really matter I would think since they are throttling data or will start soon on the people that have unlimited plans that go over.

yes you will lose unlimited data. You will also lose the maufacturer warrenty on all lines that you did the AOL for (assumption of liability). I've done a few of them. Basically, its treated as a new line, and new customers don't have the unlimited option any more.
