Astro File Manager is the best android file manager I?ve used and I have tried at least 10!
Hi-res icons make it very easy on the eyes, and make things much easier to identify.
Personally I have always preferred to have icons w/ text or icons, rather than straight text for menu options and toolbars. Icons make it quicker to identify the option you are looking for by color/shape, rather than having to read lines of text to find the item you need.
The UI is very clean and organized. Animations are fast & smooth and a nice UI enhancement.
