Selling my new, sealed in box, NOT refurbished, beast of a laptop on ebay, payed a little over 1700, asking 1150, you wont find it cheaper on the net period!

not sure why the link is not working, however ITEM# 160664880359, goto the search bar in ebay enter item number and my auction will come up... must see for anyone in the market for a beast of a gaming laptop.
 
just dropped the price to 999.99 plus shipping, if I wasnt in a situation money wise I would keep it but I have to let it go, my loss your gain.
 
This man is a scammer!! I paid him and he kept coming up with excuse after excuse of why he couldn't send the laptop.
 
item was sold on ebay Oct 15th. unless you were the person that bid on it then i'd say you need to file that claim with paypal now

At first he told me that he had canceled the eBay auction and it was still mine. When I sent the payment, he said he had to wait until the payment transferred from PayPal to his bank account before he could even ship it (which was like 4 days) then he "shipped" it parcel post. After over a week with the tracking info still not showing anything, he finally admitted that the eBay guy had won it and he had to order another laptop and he hadn't gotten it yet but when he did he would send it to me. He sent me a receipt of the order he made and the email said the estimated arrival date would be Nov. 3, yet later on, he said they had to check his credit and they hadn't even shipped yet (around Oct. 30 I think). Now it wouldn't get there until the 10th. I asked for a refund and he said he would once the money transferred from bank to Paypal and after 4 days, he could only refund me $100 because he had to make a big car payment. He said he'd be able to give me the rest by the 10th. He tried threatening me and trying to convince me not to dispute by saying if I did dispute, Paypal wouldn't pay me for 30-60 days. I've filed a dispute now and he's ignoring my communication now.

He's fallen through on every single thing he's said he would do. Every time I asked him for something, he always had a story or an excuse as to why he wouldn't be able to do it. I should have filed a dispute when he told me that he wouldn't ship until the money transferred. He said it was "just to be safe" even though it's no safer.
