Help Asus ZenPad 10 Z300C

Hi guys,
Need advice on the best course of action here...

I have an Asus ZenPad 10 Z300C in which I am quite disappointed with because of the very slow boot up (takes over 2 mins) and the overall responsiveness seems laggy to me.

I am thinking that the first thing I should do is a factory reset however I have many games on here and don't want to lose my progress. I have a rooted phone and use titanium backup to perform this but this device is not rooted and I can't find a way to root this device, if anyone knows please share.

I noticed the slow boot up time but thought this was normal. My problem is when I try to use Facebook Live, the video is distorted and too close. Is there a fix for this?

ASUS phones always boot slowly.

They can be speeded up by cleaning junk files. Use SD Maid for that.

If you still want to reset, then backup using an app called Backup and Restore. Then save the backup file to ext SD card. After reset, go to the app, select restore, select that backup file on the card, done.

Thank you so much for this. Any idea why the Facebook live video is funky? I think it might be the app as the Web version of Facebook renders the video properly.

Are you running the latest system update?

I've got a z380 and noticed that when the storage gets low it gets very sluggish.... (also takes a couple of mins to boot up... but since the battery drain is incredibly low when i'm not using it, I very rarely seem to turn the thing off.
