Root [AT&T] Android 4.3 dec. release bugs

Hy, after I have updated my SIII for android 4.3 (which sucked) I took my phone to the service and they put back the 4.1. Now that the new 4.3 is back again I just want to know if it's worth to put ig back on again and i would also like t know what are its bugs. Thanks

The first 4.3 update didn't have bugs, it was a bug. (I've seen at least a few dozen totally unrelated probpems post-update.)

The second 4.3 is supposed to fix the bugs that the first one caused but if I had an S3, I'd wait at least a week to hear if anyone starts screaming.
