What does it mean when the back button flashes red.. but only sometimes? the battery is fully charged! Ive also Lost all my contacts, not on sd card, not on sim card. Att customer service SUX! no help. PLEASE HELP!!!! Thanks

it means that you should pull down the top menu at the top of the screen to read notifications. Then ,you just use finger to swipe the screen back up to the top.

you should be backing up your contacts on google through your g mail account. When you log in, your phone should sync with google.
