Hello can someone tell me how to remove the at&t address book from my LG G2?

Disable it.
Settings>>>General>>>Apps>>>All>>> and you should see it in there,Tap on it Clear Cache/Data and uncheck notifications and tap on Force Stop and disable it.
EDIT: Now if it has an update,Uninstall the update then clear cache/data and the rest.
