Root [AT&T] Bricked HTC ONE X AT&T

Hello everyone,
I'm having trouble with a bricked one x

The phone itself is in a bootloop, but I can get into bootloader.
It is S-ON, TAMPERED, RELOCKED
Hboot 1.14.0002

It is recognized by the computer in fastboot usb, but anything i try to flash gets stuck while "sending"

I tried re-unlocking bootloader and it got stuck, same with trying to flash an RUU.exe.

I don't know what else to do. Any help is appreciated,

What's the error that pops up when you try to run the RUU? If I remember correctly, it should give you a 3 digit error code.

There is no error code, the program looks like it's running, but when it says "sending information to the phone" it won't move from there no matter how long i leave it running.
