Root [AT&T] CWM Help

I've successfully rooted my GS3 and have installed CWM via Odin.

Downloaded d2att (Nov-13 build date) and gapps zip's and moved them to the phone. When I try to flash CM10, CWM says: "E: can't mount /sdcard/" and fails there.

I restored my backup and all is well so no bricking (actually, I've done this several times so I'm fairly sure I didn't hurt anything). SO, the question is: does anyone here have any idea how I get past this particular roadblock?

I searched through the various xda threads and here and was hoping someone might just know offhand. There's a months worth of reading to completely absorb all the info out there.

My main reason for wanting to do this is I want a pure Android experience like my Nexus 7. In other words, I want a Nexus 4 experience with the Samsung hardware.

Touchwiz is OK but it's got all this bloat and other add-on stuff that I just don't care about. I figure I could find a stable Jelly Bean ROM and go from there.

PS - Just checked the downloader (power/home/vol. down) and it says "Qualcomm Secureboot ENABLED". Might this have anything to do with the problem?

Did you download the files to your internal or external memory card? If you have them on your external card, you might want to try moving them to the internal and give it a try.

Internal. I don't have an external microSD card yet. That's what was puzzling me about it. The error seems like it thinks I have one installed. I can navigate to and select the zip files. THere's more to that error message. I'll try it again later and transcribe it more exactly.

Yes.

I just tried again.
Wiped Data/FR -> see an error: "Error mounting /sdcard/.android_secure!"

I didn't notice this before so I stopped here this time.
