Root [AT&T] Damaged SD card/choppy phone from Pimp My ROM?

Newbie
I downloaded Pimp My ROM on my Cyanogenmod 10 ATT GS3. I tinkered with the settings/options to get the most out of my phone and was pleased with the results. Shortly after however, my phone became choppy, slow, and laggy in every regard. This was coupled with constant messages stating "unmounted sd card", "mounting sd card" and "sd card damaged".

I don't know specifically which setting/tweak caused this but I'll remove this app if this issue persists. Any suggestions or help? Thanks.

First go into Setting>Application manager and scroll down to Pimp My ROM and tap. Clear cache, Clear data and force stop (if running). Clearing data should undo the changes you made. Not boot into Recovery and Wipe the Cache. Now try the phone, if still having problems may need to look at something else. Let us know.

I tried that and even tried reformatting it and it didnt work. I wanna kill myself its so aggravatingly annoying. i also undid oimp my rom amd unintsalled it too :(

There was an option to have a safe recovery that you could flash to re rrt any changes that pimp my ROM has done.
Its in the pimp my ROM app.
You have to download it from there and then flash that package through cwm.

But if you did heavy damage to the SD card.
Then it may be unfixable.
When tweaking you should always proceed with cautious.
Learned that the hard way with three galaxy s2s.
