AT&T dumbphone data plan?

So I'm always hearing about the $10 dumbphone data plan.. but it requires unlimited family texting, which is another $30 tacked on. I don't want to go that route.

I'd just like to get the dumbphone data plan without any special pricing.. does anyone know if att offers this, and how much? I think it's $15 from a post i found from 3 years ago, but I don't know if it still exists.

Here are the 3 options I see today, sorry it doesn't format well:
