AT&T Fusion (Huawei 8652) WI-FI Connection issue

I have had this phone for a few weeks now and have flashed Benru89's rom on it and have a2sd installed.

Everything was fine until 2 days ago when my data suddenly stopped working. WI-FI connected fine and was able to surf the internet and use applications with it but I needed to have mobile data. So I changed my APN setting to the default AT&T settings (wap.cingular) and now my data works just fine but my wi-fi is no longer loading web pages or allowing apps to connect to their servers.

I am currently using a public open network. When I look at my internet settings on my phone it shows IP address as "unavailable" but it shows it is connected.

I'm scratching my head on this one.. seems either data will work but wifi won't or wifi will work but data won't.

I am sure I have left out a lot of info you guys need but any help would be great.

Hmmm........ Have you flashed back to the stock ROM yet to see if that solves your problems? If so you either had a bad flash of the ROM or the radios might be off in it somehow. If not, I'd try reading up on that ROM some more and see if anyone else has had the same problems. Odds are you're not the first one to have this happen if it's a ROM problem.
