Help AT&T Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy S5

Hello everybody. I wanted to share a known issue with you all as I've been doing some research on an ongoing issue a which I've had to diagnose on several devices.

As many of you might know, AT&T's version of the Note 4 and the S5 are now able to update to Android 5.1.1. There is an issue that has been identified that causes the update to fail, or to become 'stuck' mid-download.

If this has happened to you, try these steps: 1) Go to Storage in your device Settings and clear all of the Cache. 2) Of necessary, clear out enough memory so there is at least 7Gb of free space on the phones internal memory. 3) Try again. If the issue persists after this, then you will have to take the device either to a Best Buy or an AT&T Device Support Center so they can push the update manually using their internal systems.

If you have the update available but have not attempted to download it yet, I would suggest downloading it and installing it through Samsung Kies to avoid the hang up. Hope this helps some of you, happy updating! [emoji1]
