It was suggested that I try my question on this forum. I have a Galaxy s3 going from ATT to Straight Talk. I made it as far as talk and text however the last step is causing me some troubles. I know I must change my APN to have internet service. I can work my way through the menue to the Add APN screen with no problem. Once there however I cannot enter any information into the fields. Each field I press reacts to my touch but no keyboard. The phone acts as though something, somewhere is locked. I also cannot delete the two existing APN's. Does anyone know if this information could have been locked somehow? The previous owner knows nothing about this. Thanks for your help in advance.
