Root [AT&T] how to move all data and settings to a new s3?

I just turned my screen into a spider web. The phone still works (for now) nut I need to now the least painfulll way to transfer eveeyting to a new phone.

I"be done a full backup with titanium pro but we wondering if there is anything else I need to facilitate the trnasfer.

Titanium backup is enough, it's the only app that can backup all applications and setings. If you want to preserve settings and data stored on sdcard, don't forget to turn on this option in Titanium or just use the old sdcard in new S3.

I assume that I'll have to unlock the new phone and install Titanium prior to running the restore operation, correct? Plus, ATT is pushing out new software so I suspect I will have to make sure both devices are in the same S/W version.
