Root [AT&T] I'm trying to unroot

Can someone point me in the direction of the stock recovery? I have to unroot this HTC One X for my brother and can't seem to find either. Also is there a way to remove the TAMPERED from the bootloader and the red text from the bootscreen? I know how to do it on the Evo LTE, but I doubt the tools to do so would work for this phone. I found this site of RUUs http://www.androidruu.com/index.php?developer=Endeavor but I have no idea which one to use.

First of all,do you have endeavor_u or do you have evita? There is a big difference between the two. You can check your hboot screen to verify.
