AT&T in Harford County MD

Does anyone have any experience with AT&T LTE in harford county MD. I have Verizon and it is good outside of work around the area. I average around 20 Mbps down and 4 Mbps up. I have seen it go as high as 50 Mbps down. But, inside the building where I work there is little to no signal. I can barely make a call. Others who have ATT at work can get 4g and average about 4Mbps down. The company has ATT repeaters in the building so that's why. I went to a nearby ATT store to see what the speed is like on their network and I could only get less than 8mbps down and less than 1 Mbps up on LTE.

Anyone have any experience with LTE in this area? Or, have any idea why ATT LTE would be so much slower than Verizon.

I need to get a reception at work but I don't want to get worse reception outside of work?

LTE Speed - every city has different speeds, usually it depends on how many people are using the towers, and how far away you are from the tower. For coverage - hopefully someone in your area will see this, and I would ask more of your local coworkers and friends who use AT&T how good it is.
