AT&T Infuse on S/T

So I've read recenlty that S/T doesn't carry AT&T SIM cards any more.

Does that mean we can't use locked AT&T phone? Or that we can't use any AT&T phone at all (regardless of whether locked or unlocked)?

You can't use locked at&t phones, but you can use unlocked at&t phones with a ST T-Mobile sim. The problem is the 3g frequencies T-Mo uses in your area.

Some T-Mobile areas have been refarmed to use 1900 which is compatible with at&t phones, but the original T-Mobile 1700/2100 frequencies aren't. If your area doesn't have T-Mobile 1900 yet you would be stuck on Edge speeds.

Check out Net10, same parent company as ST. If they don't have at&t sims in stock you can get them on eBay for $1-2.
