[AT&T] Most cost effective way to ditch GS3/obtain HTC One

So I just signed another 2 year contract with ATT back in September when I got my Galaxy S3. I'm without a doubt going to buy the HTC One. Does anybody know of the cheapest way for me to do that would be? I'm pretty sure ATT won't let me sign another contract only 6 months into this one.

The only way you can get it without paying full price is to either get it at subsidzed price through AT&T by opening up a new line of service, or checking the different ads for people selling theirs at a reduced price. If you go the way of getting a used one through the ads, be careful that it has a clean ESN and is able to be used with AT&T.
 
Sell the S3 on craigslist, that will pay a lot towards getting the HTC One, that's how its done for the most part.
