Does anybody know how to manually update the AT&T Samsung Galaxy S3 to 4.4.2? I'm on 4.3 and even when I'm on a stock rom, kernel, and recovery my phone doesn't pick up the ota. Please and thank you in advance.

You could try resetting your phone,It worked for me on my phone.

I've alraeady went back to complete stock and I've wiped all user data. Is there a specific reset that I'm missing?
