Help AT&T Note 4 Replacement?

I don't know, but ever since the stagefright patch, my phone has been acting up with random reboots and after factory refreshing it twice, it still seems very sluggish and still prone to a random reboot. Also, I just noticed that if I shut the phone down while plugged into the charger - the phone will not boot up again with the power button. It acts dead until I do a battery pull and then it will turn on. Sigh.... I was pining to keep this since I didn't want to upgrade to a Note 5.

Anyway, not sure if it had anything to do with the patch or if my phone is just having issues, but I was wondering if people have received a replacement Note 4 from AT&T and what the experience was like. I did it through AT&T mail order and it's still under warranty (considering the Note 4 isn't even a year old yet). I am hoping they can get me a replacement fast since I am screwed without my cell phone. I understand that there is a number I should call for warranty service. I know it will be a refurbished model (ugh) but as long as it's in good condition and WORKING PROPERLY I guess I will be happy enough. lol
 
Okay, this drove me nuts so I went to the ATT site and noticed there was a ATT service center near my home so I just went over there and after they reflashed it, it still exhibited the "cannot boot when plugged into a charger" behavior and they just replaced it immediately. I'm sure it was refurbished but it actually looks to be in pretty mint condition so I'm happy with it. So far it works great, so disregard the message above since I couldn't wait for the mail order route. :)

I had a sound issue just a couple of months into my 24 month contract, up to 28 days they will send out a new phone so I had to send mine in for repair, but I'm pretty sure the one that I received was new, not a mark on it with protective film on the lens/screen like you have out of the box, happy with the service.
