Help [AT&T] Phone has been exceptionally slow??

Here recently my android AT&T Samsung Galaxy S3 has been exceptionally slow, I haven't been using more data than I normally do, and I've checked to make sure everything with the 4G and LTE are working and my mobile to mobile data is turned on... I'm just not sure what to do. I don't know if it something to do with the service or if it is specifically my individual phone that is messed up...?

Long press the Home button and when the new window starts tap the Icon bottom left (looks like a pie chart) and select Ram at the top and then Clear memory.
