AT&T Pre-order Shipped

I didn't get the email from AT&T yet but I logged in and checked the status of my order and it shows that it shipped today! Mine is being shipped via Fedex but it's not showing information on that site yet since it's not picked up yet by them. I can't wait!! I'm going from the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 to the GS5 and am very excited to get away from this sluggish Mega.

Mines being shipped UPS and it's not showing shipping info either but they already gave me the tracking number. hoping youre right and it's because they havent actually picked it up yet

Didn't know ATT does automatic 2-day shipping -- this is exciting its going to get here before the 11th then!!!!! :D

same here. they said i should expect in on the 10th or on launch day. i guess they just give you a conservative estimate as a policy. but ive also had phones ship 2 weeks after the launch day that ive pre-ordered well in advance.

yeah someone in the store told me customers are still waiting on a phone that came out 3 weeks ago so that made me nervous at first, thankfully this phone is already shipped out on time, or well early actually
 
anybody's tracking info show anything yet? Mine still says "ready for UPS" but shows the shipping label has been created
 
Just saw mine was shipped out at 3, says "scheduled delivery friday by end of day" hoping its sooner than that though ;]
 
That's awesome! I called Verizon (I know this is about AT&T) today to find out when mine will ship and they told me they won't start shipping until the 11th, which means I won't receive it until the 14th or 15th. Not cool when people can walk into the store and buy them on the 11th.

Yah this seems to be a big complaint from verizon customers. you might be better off cancelling your order and getting to the verizon store in the morning as a some people are doing. they're probably going to use the time to place the usual verizon branding all over the phone lol.
 
i think theyre delaying mine anyways. no tracking update in almost 30 hrs after it left tx. It can be expected with pre-orders though. release date is 4/11 and im sure at&t is trying to balance pressure from samsung to honor it and still keep their customers happy

same with mine, no update since Texas at 4am on Tuesday morning, it's already halfway through the day on Wednesday...

Seems like it will arrive Friday, no later, but probably no earlier either
 
yeah thats what im thinking. i've had time tho where the package disappears on the ups network and then suddenly its out for delivery a day early. we'll see i guess but im hedging my bets on friday.
