Root [AT&T] Problem after 4.3 update

Hi, I'm not sure if other people are having this problem, but hopefully someone can help me.
After I updated my s3 to 4.3 Monday night, I keep getting the "download complete" notifications. The weird thing is that they're for pictures I downloaded months ago. I've cleared them from my notifications but they keep coming back. I deleted all the files that were on there, but they still come up in my notifications. I've tried almost everything I can think of and nothing works. Please help.
UPDATE: apps> downloads> other downloads>clear list.

From what I've seen here, that's a bug in the update.

You are not the only one experiencing this issue. I'm figuring out how to downgrade my phone to the previous version. I'm starting to hate Android even more.
