I ordered an att primetime tablet as an upgrade from my lg-410. I placed order then paid the very decent price of $29.99 for upgrade with a 2 year contract. ORDER went through, shipment date between sept.28 and oct 2. Next day an alert on myatt app, something wrong with order. I called att twice and was told no problem. On oct 3 I called att again, and now they want 183 more dollars to upgrade my device​. I guess the time is coming to find a good carrier to replace them with.
