Okay, I am pretty sure I just need to delete the update file, problem is, the phone is 20 miles away from me at the time. The phone is unlocked, running AT&T, they accepted the latest 4.4.4 update and its downloaded, they hit install
D'oh!
So now its boot looping into recovery TWRP.
I am pretty sure the file that needs to go is in /cache and I think that file can be nuked in TWRP, I just don't know the name of the file since I don't have the device in my hand.
Can anyone help with the name of the update so I can walk my sister through deleting it so the phone will boot?
