Root [AT&T] Rooted and flashed a 4.1 from 4.3 now my sim card isnt recognized

I rooted my phone and flashed a 4.1.1 stock rom on using Mobile Odin. The desktop version of Odin doesn't work for me as I always get "Fail" and my phone says "SW Rev check fail Fused 2 > Binary 0" Mobile Odin seems to work just fine though, however after flashing a rom with it, where my signal bars should be I have a "no" symbol (the circle with the line through it)

The whole reason I flashed the 4.1.1 rom was so I could go into the debug menu and unlock the phone, as the code they gave me to unlock it didn't work (on 4.3 anyways..I'd still like to try it on 4.1.1) My T-mobile sim isn't being recognized either. It's like I'm not even putting it in the phone.

Can anyone offer any tips or advice? Also what exactly does SW Rev check fail Fused 2 > Binary 0 mean?

Thanks

Do you have the stock ROM that you was to make when u rooted . and the only reason it not seeing the Sims card is cause its not been unlocked to use it yet .
Also can I ask how did you flash in Odin

The problem is that once you install the 4.3 update you cannot use Odin to flash a downgrade ROM even an official Samsung ROM. You will need to install a custom recovery then flash a rooted rom, then use triangle away then Odin back to the 4.3 ROM.

Well what I mean is its not recognizing it at all, not even bringing up the popup to enter the unlock code.

This is the rom I used to root the phone:

[SGH-I747/M] CF-Auto-Root - xda-developers

And, you kind of confused me on your second post. Are you saying I need to flash a rooted 4.1.1 rom in cwm? Then use triangle away, then flash my stock rom back? I'm not aware of a 4.1.1 rom that can flash with cwm.
