I had the same issue, the screen would not come on. The first time it happened I was skiing and it was cold, I went to the car and hooked up the power supply and the screen lit up. The second time it happened it was in the house. I held the power button done for a while and it came back. I have since removed my security to open the phone.
My issues are now with this bluetooth. I had a bluetooth audio hooked up in the car just for use with Pandora, the unit was called Simple Tranzit Blu. It never worked right kept cutting out. I had the installler remove it. Now I am having trouble with my Bose Soundlink wireless. It used to work and now it does not. There is a post that says the bluetooth 4.0 is useless
