Root [AT&T] Samsung Apps on Jellybean

I recently rooted and changed my OS to Jellybean CM10 Asylum. Love the new interface, but miss my email app that was stock with this device. So my question is...

Does anyone know how to download the Samsung App's? I've l already downloaded the google apps and have the gmail working but I need to connect up my Exchange email for work.
Also, if anyone has a good suggestion for a better email app that is Free to low cost and would tie in to my exchange server email, I'm game to change.

I think TouchDown is the best exchange client, but not cheap. Well worth the upgrade from the stock one thou.
