Root [AT&T] Sending GIF's

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 on AT&T, my phone is rooted and currently running CM10.2 with Quantum ROM v2.12, and I can't send GIF's to my friends via MMS.
I'm not sure if my issue is even ROM-based.

But I digress, I need to be able to send GIF's via MMS to my friends. I can send and receive pictures and video just fine, and I can even receive GIF's without any trouble, my only problem is actually sending them. When I try to send a GIF, what ends up going through is just a still picture.

Help?

A moving gif is actually just a series of still pictures. Some software handles only the first one, others handle all of them. Some firewalls block moving gifs. There are amny possibilities that could be causing the problem.
