A little over a week ago I went into my ATT store to look at a new phone since I had finally had it with my Blackberry. The first ATT sales rep that was telling us about the two phones I was looking at were the Inspire, and a windows phone new nothing. Now I'm not the smartest person when it comes to phones and all the new things, but I do know the basics. My husband on the other hand knows everything, and so most of the time I just ask my husband about things. But since we were at the store we were asking the sales guys.
Everything we asked he just kind of gave us a yea it's a great phone, the battery life is good. The screen is really great, great apps..... Things that you can see by just looking at the phone. So after pretty much just ignoring him, and talking about then phone, which by now I couldn't put down the Inspire.
So after talking for about 5 mins I wanted it, there was no I hope I like it or anything. So we told the first sales rep that I wanted the phone. So when we were checking out the guy at the counter was AWESOME!!! he was very nice, new all the answers to the question that we had. Offered to walk me though the first part of setting the phone up. Showed me a few things to get me started. Was very nice and didn't make me feel stupid (for lack of another word). Make sure the phone worked, he tried to get my contacts over but because I was coming from a blackberry I told him that I would do it since I needed to get other things off my blackberry. Once every thing was changed on our account we were ready the leave, which the store had already been closed for almost 10 mins. And walked us out and told me that if I had any question to feel free to come back in. I have not had that kind of experience at my ATT store for a long time.
