I knew it when it was first announced that the top 5% list of so-called over usage of an UNLIMITED data plan was a moving target. Meanimg if only 1 Gb was the most used, then if you are among those that used up to even 1 GB , you will ne throttled.
And ATT is yet to produce a means to prove to the customer that they are of the so called high percentile.
Posted the same comments om the worthless wireless forum (worless because the site mods remove any comment that questioned or opened any discussion that challenge an att practicenor decision)...unlike how when Verizon customers speak up, Verizon backed down
