Help AT&T users. Software Update???

Anyone else get a software update notification?? I'm running 4.4.2 rooted I just changed my bootanimation and was checking through my settings selected on the check for updates when a software update notification popped up, tried to update and it says server unavailable will retry in 48 hrs. Is that normal

It usually says within 24 hours, but it's usual if something goes wrong with the transfer, or if there's no update.

Yeah I got the update this morning when I turned on the phone and updated. Don't notice any changes except the amber alerts have been reactivated on my phone and have to find again where to disable.

I was hoping this was going to have the knock lock screen feature that is promised from LG this month but don't see it.

I'm non-rooted on AT&T..checked this morning and there is an update...only 5.59 mb

updating now...probably not many changes

How to update

Connect to a Wi-Fi network.
From the home screen, press the Menu key, and then tap All settings.
From the "General" tab, scroll to and tap About phone.
Tap Software update.
Tap Update now.
A notification will be displayed. Tap Continue.
Once your update is completed, a notification screen will be displayed. Tap OK.

How to verify the update

Tap Software information.

Your phone's software version information will be displayed.
