Root [AT&T] Y'all, I've got an IM question of sorts.

First, I have a S3- carrier is AT&T- and my phone is not rooted. My issue is I got one of those alerts that just pops up in the lockscreen and shows part of the message. I accidentally cleared that alert message instead of tapping it to open whatever app was used to send it. Now, I can't figure out how it was sent. I've checked Google Talk, Google Circles, Facebook, email and texts..notta. Those are the only ones I use. Any idea's where else I might look?

And PS- I saw a small piece of the message in the lockscreen preview...it was from a friend who seemed pissed at me. I want to inform myself, if I can, before texting them and asking. Lol

Well, I finally figured it out. Turns out it was sent via Facebook Messenger and for some reason it didn't show up on my Facebook app on my phone when I opened the app itself. Still can't figure why I got that pop up alert I received, though. Never seen that one before.
