I know this is the wrong place. BUT no one ever visits ATT forum page. Im really interested in this phone. But I'm not on ATT. I'm considering switching (from Us Cellular), but I never hear good things about ATT. Could you guys give me your feelings and experiences with ATT, to help me make my mind up about switching to get this phone.

They work just fine in most of Iowa and surrounding states. I live in Des Moines and they have really improved over the last year or so. I had Sprint prior (a few years ago) but my wife wanted the i-Phone and, at the time, only AT&T had it so we switched. Again, many improvements in coverage since we joined two years ago.

Thank you, I like hearing that they are at least improving. It's a good sign.

this is all about location.. location.. location...

every service provider has good areas.. and bad areas.. and very bad areas...
so where you live is very important to answer your question. you need to talk to people you know.. that use ATT in that area.

did i mention .. location?

oh.. Sprint will be getting the ONE too.. but will be June before it comes.

I always heard nothing but bad things about AT&T as well for many years as a Sprint customer. I eventually couldn't wait for Sprint to get the iPhone so I switched to AT&T when the 4 came out... never had a single issue. It's been over two years now and still no issues with AT&T, had one single dropped call in my time with them so far, and I'm not even sure it was from my end.

I find that most of the bad press that AT&T gets are from users of other carries and former AT&T users in NYC who left before they began to get their act together in the city.
