Android doesn't work that way. I take it you are noticing a lot of supposedly killed tasks restarting. Let Android manage your memory and don't worry about it. You'll be a lot happier, not to mention have a better performing device.

autokiller is really good, it tweaks the memory management system accordingly to how aggressive u want it to manage tasks

I've found I'm better off without task killers. Used several different ones on and off, but don't see the need at the end of the day.

If your rooted get a bloat freezer so you can keep those apps from running without going to the extreme of uninstalling. Or add them to your TPX autokill list. You have many options in this area. There really is no best answer, every side has valid arguments for their position.
