aTrachDog - a couple of questions about it

There's an app called aTrackDog. Its very useful

I found it and I love the fact that it searches for updates of all my apps.

However, I got a couple of issues.

  1. I still have to update them one by one - I don't see any way to update them all simultaneously.
  2. I have some apps showing me update versions that are not available in AM - any idea how to get those?

My understanding was that this would auto update the apps - and perusing through settings I cannot find the answers to either of my questions.

BTW, posted this here b/c the thread was for tips only, not questions....

Hi Johnlgalt :)

1) AtrackDog doesn't support updating apps simultaneously

2) I know what you mean with this , Atrackdog basically shows the latest version someone has got. For Example , I had a Simpson Puzzle on my phone version 1.03 , Atrackdog said their was a version 1.04 available. This doesn't mean the Market has version 1.04 out {it wasn't} . Just that someone has it on their phone. Another example now is the "Facebook for Android" app. It is version 1.01 but Atrackdog shows SOMEONE has version 1.10.

3) It does not have the ability to Auto-Update your apps either. You have to manually start Atrackdog and download any updates it may show manually

I hope this clears it up for you

Carl
