Help Atrix HD stuck on fastboot. " No piv block" error

I have a huge problem. Might be fixable though. I was trying to unroot AHD so i could do the factory update when i get stuck in fastboot mode. I keep getting error " no piv block". Im still able to connect it to RSD lite yet none of the flashings i tried have helped. I will try anything, shoot me some ideas/experience!!!
