I have a Galaxy S I897 from ATT. It is rooted. Firmware is 2.2
Ive been using this phone constantly for a year and a half. Now suddenly something is going wrong. First off the keypad lags bad. No matter what keyboard I use. And also... ya know when a program freezes up or stops responding and you get that vibration pattern where it goes buzz .... buzz buzz buzz ... then you have to force close the app. Well now it just does that all the time but not for any particular app. It just makes the buzzing pattern like in the back ground. I think when Im texting and the messenger window is open it will do the buzzing then close down. But even when the messenger text program is closed ... the vibration pattern of a program locking up still keeps happening over and over. Like once every few minutes. Any way to find out why its doing that? Should I uninstall the factory text messaging app and install a different one? There ... it just did it again. Damn
Any help appreciated. The lagging keyboard thing is getting worse and is very annoying too.
